The 3rd Annual Customer Appreciation Fall Colours Classic will be held on Saturday, October 17th at 10:00am (shotgun start). Last season, the tournament sold out very fast, so if you are interested in signing up for next season, please do not hesistate to give us a call. The tournament will include the following:

2008 Tournament Summary

The 2nd annual Customer Appreciation Fall Colours Classic at Timber Ridge Golf Course was held on Saturday, October 18th.  There were some cool temperatures in the early morning, but once the full slate of golfers began to arrive for the continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf, power cart, steak dinner, and a Second Skin fleece vest, the temperatures warmed up into the mid teens.

This year, prizes were awarded at the end of the day the winners of the Men’s, Ladies, and Mixed Teams.  In two of these groups, we had a repeat winner from last season.  In the men’s division, the team of Ron Kerr, Jim Pybus, Jake Van Ginkel, and Buddy Pitt walked away victorious after shooting a terrific round of 61 (10 under par).  This was their first victory in the tournament and they are looking forward to defending next season.

In the Ladies division, the team of Lynne Meacock, Dee Doran, Linda Collins, and Heather Hoard walked away with the trophy for the second straight season.  At the conclusion of 18 holes, they were tied with the team of Lynda Armstrong, Jennie Trudell, Tracey Hardy and Debbie Pascal with a 77 (6 over par), but Meacock’s team managed to pull off the win in retrogression.  They are looking forward to coming back next season to defend their title again to claim the three-peat.

We had a great turnout this season in the mixed division and it was a close race.  The team of Bill Underhill, Pat Underhill, John Coultis, and Arlene Coultis were victorious for the 2nd straight season shooting a 63 (8 under par).  They held off a charge from the team of Cindy Peck, Bonnie Ogden, Gary Orpana, and Glen Parsneau.  The Underhill/Coultis are also looking to defend and win a third straight title in next year’s fall classic.
