Timber Ridge offers three different Golf Leagues which are open to the publicJunior League - Monday Evening
Ladies League - Tuesday Evening
Men's League - Thursday Evening
Junior League 2008Monday Nights
4:30 p.m. clinic at the driving range
followed by golf at 5:00 p.m. (nine holes)
Competitive tournaments are held the last Monday of every month.

This league offers a unique opportunity for juniors with varying abilities to develop their game as well as experience competitive golf in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Why not join us on Monday's this summer for golf, fun and food at one of Canada's Top 100 golf courses.

| Dates: |
12 weeks from Monday May 12th - August 18th with a closing tournament and banquet to be held Monday August 25th.

| Registration: |
Annual fee of $30.00 includes dinner and prizes at the closing tournament and banquet
|
| Weekly Fee: |
$25.00 tax included. This fee covers the green fee, a 1/2 hour clinic before golf and a hot dog and soft drink after golf. An additional $3.00 prize fee will be collected on tournament nights (last Monday of every month)

| Tee Times and Booking: |
Please notify the pro shop one week prior if you plan to participate in the upcoming league night.

| Format & Handicap: |
Nine hole league with flights based on age. Prizes will be awarded on tournament nights to first place within each flight as well as a prize for closest to the pine. Handicap is based on nine-hole league scores only.

| Dress Code: |
Shirt with a collar and shorts or pants with pockets; (please no jeans, track pants or T-shirts).

2007 Closing Summary |
The 2007 Junior League at Timber Ridge Golf Course has come to a close. This season was very exciting as it came all the way down to the last league night to decide who the winner was in our points standings. Jordan Klemencic managed to grab first place in the league in a putting playoff over AJ Tripp. Jordan moved from 6th position all the way to the top in one week with extra points available. Well done, Jordan! Also, congratulations to all of those who played this year in the league. Everyone did a great job and we hope you had a lot of fun!

This season we joined the CN Future Links program which is administered by the RCGA and operated by Canadian PGA professionals. Future Links clinics assist all Canadian junior golfers to develop their game. Three levels of instruction, skills testing, and fun drills were all used to teach the fundamentals of the game of golf.

- An "After Fore" card which entitles you to $25.00 green fees after 4:00 p.m. 7-days a week.
- Periodic clinics taught by a Timber Ridge CPGA professional exclusively for members of the ladies league.
- 25% off any menu item greater than $5.00 purchased in the Ironwood Lounge on Tuesday evenings.

Based on 9-hole league scores. Handicaps care calculated for the Ladies League only and are applied to weekly scores by the pro shop.

Formats will alternate each week between stableford and stoke play. Scores are based on nine holes with league handicap. Three prizes are awarded each week for low net score, plus one for the winner of the weekly competition. |

2007 Closing Summary |

It is hard to believe the 2007 season for the Timber Ridge Ladies League has come to an end. This was the fifth year for the Ladies League and it was another huge success. We had a record number of new members and a great turn out each week. Congratulations to the 2007 league champion Karen Stanley! |
Second place went to Lynn VanderHerberg and third place to Barb Phillips. Our ringer board winners were Karen Stanley with the low gross score and Tracy Crowe and Barb Phillips tied with the low net score. We wrapped up the season with a scramble tournament, dinner and awards banquet. The scramble winners were Kathy Weese, Lynn Knudsen and Diane Cocek. |

The 2008 Ladies League starts on May 13th and will run for 18 weeks again in 2008. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the league this year, we hope you have a great winter and look forward to seeing everyone in the spring. |

Annual fee of $75.00 includes dinner and prizes at the closing tournament and banquet, as well as an "After Fore" card which entitles you to $25.00 green fees after 4:00 p.m. 7-days a week, and automatic entry into the 50/50 draw each week. Also receive a 25% off any menu item greater than $5.00 purchased in the Ironwood Lounge on Thursday evenings.

2007 Closing Comments |
| The 2007 Men’s league has come to a close after a picture perfect season of great weather and fantastic golf. This the fifth season saw another increase in participation, growing to an all time high of sixty three league members. I would like to thank all of the league members who participated in the optional events including our bring a guest night and the best ball match play competition. |

Congratulations go out to Devin Mitts and Harvey Reid who were the leagues co-champions this year. Their consistent play and regular attendance earned them the right to be called our Timber Ridge Men’s League champs for 2007. This is the second time that Devin Mitts has been league champion, winning the league back in 2005. Harvey Reid has been a league member since 2003 and was thrilled when he found out that he was a co-champion of the league this year. |
