Meetings Room Rates
The Timber Room is licensed for 150 people. This smoke free environment, complete with sound system, television, VCR and full service bar is the perfect location for meetings & seminars. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Full Day Meeting 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.	The Timber Room is set up with linen for up to 40 people. Coffee & Tea are served twice during the day (a.m. and p.m.). Additional participants are $2.00 per person. Add lunch or dinner and receive $100.00 off of the room fee.	$300
1/2 Day Meeting 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon or 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.	The Timber Room will be set up with linen for up to 40 people. Coffee & Tea are served once. Additional participants $1.00 per person. Add lunch or dinner and receive $75.00 off of the room fee.	$200

More than just a meeting...
If you would like to add a meal to your meeting we have menu selections ranging from coffee and pastries to a full roast beef dinner. You may also wish to combine golf with the meeting. Contact the pro shop for information or complete the event form and we will provide you a quote.
